Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that are worn, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To request a return, contact our support team with your order number and product details. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchange
Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or damaged products, subject to product availability.
